Premium blank apparel sourced from vetted suppliers and transformed into branded products under your label. All customization, labeling, and finishing handled in Los Angeles.

WHAT IS PRIVATE LABEL CLOTHING?

Private label means purchasing carefully selected blank apparel and transforming it into finished branded products under your own label. Instead of manufacturing garments from scratch (cut & sew), you're starting with proven, high-quality styles from our curated supplier network — then customizing them with your logo, replacing generic labels with your own woven or printed labels, adding custom hang tags, and packaging them for retail or direct-to-consumer sales.

The result: premium branded apparel that feels exclusive and intentional, at a fraction of the cost and time of full custom manufacturing. You get the quality and fit of proven garment styles without the risk, minimums, or lead times of ground-up production.

FS100's private label program combines wholesale sourcing, decoration (screen printing, embroidery, heat transfers), custom labeling, and finishing services under one roof in Downtown Los Angeles. You work with one partner instead of coordinating between multiple suppliers, decorators, and finishing facilities.

OUR APPROACH: QUALITY-DRIVEN SOURCING

We don't carry everything. We carry what works.

FS100 maintains relationships with select garment suppliers — including local Los Angeles factories and domestic manufacturers — who meet our standards for fabric quality, construction, and consistency. Every blank in our catalog has been tested, worn, washed, and approved. We don't stock garments we wouldn't put our own logo on.

Why this matters for your brand:

When you source private label through FS100, you're not picking from a generic wholesale catalog where quality varies wildly. You're choosing from a curated selection where we've already done the vetting. The $6 tee and the $12 tee in our lineup serve different purposes and price points, but both are reliable, well-constructed garments that won't fall apart after three washes.

Our supplier mix:

We source from local Los Angeles apparel manufacturers for faster turnaround and Made in USA positioning, domestic factories for mid-tier quality at competitive pricing, and select international suppliers for value-driven programs where budget is the priority. You tell us your quality expectations and price target, and we match you with the right blanks.

GARMENT QUALITY TIERS: MATCH YOUR BUDGET TO YOUR BRAND

Not every project needs premium fabric, and not every brand can afford to start there. We offer three quality tiers so you can choose what makes sense for your positioning and budget.

PREMIUM TIER — Elevated Basics for Fashion & Retail Brands

Best for: Fashion brands, boutique retail, influencer merch, direct-to-consumer brands prioritizing quality and fit.

Fabric & construction: Ring-spun cotton, combed and ring-spun blends, airlume combed cotton, tri-blends, premium fleece with tight knit construction. Shoulder-to-shoulder taping, side-seamed construction, retail-ready fit and finish.

Price range: $8-$18 wholesale per piece (tees), $20-$35 wholesale per piece (fleece)

Why choose premium: These garments feel noticeably softer, fit better, and hold up to repeated washing without losing shape. Premium blanks make your brand feel premium. If you're selling direct to customers at $35-$60 retail, you want blanks that justify the price.

MID-TIER — Dependable Quality for Growing Brands

Best for: Startups, corporate programs, event merch, team uniforms, moderate-volume production.

Fabric & construction: Ring-spun cotton, cotton-poly blends, 50/50 fleece. Clean construction, consistent sizing, durable enough for daily wear. These are the "workhorses" — great quality without the premium price tag.

Price range: $4-$18 wholesale per piece (tees), $12-$32 wholesale per piece (fleece)

Why choose mid-tier: The sweet spot for most private label programs. You get quality that looks and feels good without breaking the budget. Ideal for brands testing the market or producing higher-volume runs where cost per unit matters. For higher-end, higher price point brands - we have exclusive collections with reasonable price points; higher profit margins.

VALUE TIER — Budget-Friendly for High-Volume Programs

Best for: Promotional giveaways, large corporate orders, price-sensitive markets, screen printing businesses buying blanks to decorate.

Fabric & construction: Open-end cotton, cotton-poly blends, standard fleece. Functional, basic construction. These garments prioritize cost over luxury feel.

Price range: $4-$8 wholesale per piece (tees), $12-$24 wholesale per piece (fleece)

Why choose value: When price is the driving factor and you need to hit aggressive cost targets. These blanks get the job done without pretense.

PRIVATE LABEL PRICING: HOW IT WORKS

Private label pricing = wholesale garment cost + decoration cost + label/finishing cost.

Pricing varies based on the garment tier you choose, decoration method, and order quantity.

Wholesale pricing is tiered by quantity — the more you order, the lower the per-unit cost. Typical price breaks at 12-48 pieces, 49-149 pieces, and 150+ pieces. Decoration costs stay relatively flat, but screen printing becomes more cost-effective at higher quantities.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What's the minimum order for private label?

Recommended 48 pieces per style per color for most garments and decoration methods. DTG printing has no minimum. Screen printing becomes cost-effective at 48+ pieces due to setup fees.

Can I see samples before committing to an order?

Yes. We send blank garment samples so you can feel the fabric weight, fit, and construction before finalizing your order. Sample fee applies and is credited back on your first production order.

Can I mix styles and colors to hit minimums?

Yes, within reason. You can combine different styles (e.g., 6 hoodies + 6 tees) or different colors of the same style to meet our 24-piece program minimum. Each decorated design still needs to meet the decoration method's minimum.

Do you handle reorders and keep my specs on file?

Yes. Once we've produced your first order, your artwork, label specs, and garment selections are saved for easy reordering. Many clients run seasonal drops or restocks using the same setup.

What if I just want to buy wholesale blanks without any branding?

We sell blank garments at wholesale pricing with a 12-piece minimum per style per color. You can decorate them yourself or use them as-is.

Can I use my own woven labels and hang tags, or do you source them?

Both. If you already have labels, send them to us and we'll sew them in. If you need labels designed and produced, we source those too — woven labels, printed labels, hang tags, and packaging.

How long does private label production take?

7-14 business days for most orders once blanks are sourced and artwork is approved. Rush production (3-5 days) available for select items and decoration methods.

Do you offer inventory storage for ongoing programs?

Yes. For established clients with recurring orders, we can hold decorated inventory and release shipments on your schedule. This works well for subscription boxes, monthly merch drops, or corporate programs with rolling fulfillment.

Can you help me choose the right garment if I'm not sure what I need?

Absolutely. Tell us about your brand, your customers, and your budget, and we'll recommend specific styles and quality tiers. We can send samples of 2-3 options so you can compare before deciding. Customer must pay for samples but sample cost may be factored back-in (taken out) of the cost for production.
